Halton offers a complete solution for cleanroom spaces that encompasses a comprehensive set of products and technologies creating infrastructure that maintains controlled environments with minimal levels of airborne particles, contaminants, and other pollutants.
Halton offers a complete Integrated Cleanroom solution – ventilation outlets, celings, walls, doors, together with lights, tight dampers, controllers. Check out what we offer in the package and what are the benefits.
Halton ICS ceiling’s solid metal connection’s airtightness has been tested to comply with the Class 1 for ISO 7-9 and class C and D according to VDI 2083-19 and Class 3 for ≤ISO 6 with additional silicone sealing. Openable ceiling parts enable maintenance in the ceiling void.
All Halton ceiling components, including the wide flat supporting healds, are assembled metal-to-metal and in a flush way. The whole visible surface is flat, without any protruding connecting elements (such as T profiles, rivets, or screws) which represent a risk of dirt build-up, difficult to remove during cleaning. By using wider panels of greater span, the proportion of joints is significantly lower compared to classic ceilings. The metal used for ceilings’ manufacturing, and its surface properties, are the second key point to match the strongest hygiene requirements.
The tailored solution begins with a comprehensive assessment of the client’s unique needs, considering factors such as industry standards, cleanliness level requirements, size, purpose, and budget constraints. A tailored solution for a cleanroom is a comprehensive and customized approach that prioritizes precision, compliance, and ongoing support to ensure the controlled environment meets specific industry needs, thereby safeguarding the integrity of processes and products produced within it.

The Halton Integrated Ceiling is a complete solution – a smooth, impervious suspended metal ceiling with integrated lighting and ventilation for new build and upgrade applications, in compliances with ISO 14644, EU GMP Annex 1 and GHP in food industry.
Modular installation – construction and setup of cleanroom walls, doors, and floors designed to maintain a controlled environment with low levels of particulate contamination, such as dust, microbes, or other pollutants – using prefabricated or modular components. These components are pre-engineered and manufactured off-site in controlled conditions, allowing for efficient assembly and customization based on the specific requirements of the cleanroom.
